Tomorrow, thursday, only 3 days after the home premiere vs GIF Sundsvall, Hammarby travel to Gothenburg and the match vs GAIS. By many, the opponents will have to struggle this year to stay in Allsvenskan. In their last match they lost 1-3 to Trelleborg away.
Hammarby come with great confidence. After the 5-3 victory at home, I think that coach Tony Gustavsson is keen on keeping the defense tight. But the offense will nevertheless be prioritized. However, as always I'm a bit worried, as GAIS want to show their supporters that the team will remain in the highest league this year.
We'll see how many Hammarby supporters travel to this match; a boycott has been announced by United Hammarby supporters. I'll be there, as I'm in Gothenburg due to work related matters, and I'll attend with some of my colleagues.
